Leavenworth

The day after Christmas we headed to Leavenworth to see the lights and go on a sleigh ride. Both days were beautiful and Josiah had a blast on the sleigh ride. I think this might become a tradition.

Josiah's Christmas Program

Josiah had his first Tiny Tots Christmas performance at Church. He was the youngest one in the group but maybe the most serious about his singing and gestures.

He had been practicing for weeks before the performance and it was so much fun to here him sing. He did a great job and was the only one to bow after each song-it was funny!
I tried for hours to upload the video but I can't figure it out. I'll have Nick do it soon!
Here's some pics of the performance.

Four stockings this year!

Christmas Baking

It's become a tradition to make sugar cookies with Josiah at his Grandma's house. He especially enjoyed it this year and even ate a couple. He's a very picky eater, even with sugar!
We also did a gingerbread train. If you know Josiah you know he LOVES trains!!!

Opening gifts was so exciting for the little guy

It should be exciting for Christmas this year as he opened all the birthday presents on his own. Last year at Christmas he still didn't really get the concept of gift opening. His party went great and he had about 6 or so friends show up. We've been busy opening all the new toys and putting away old toys. Thanks everyone who was part of his special day-he had a great time!
He had his three year well child appointment. He weighs 32 lbs. and is 40 in. tall. He was in the 60th percentile if anyone wants to know. Quite a difference as Sophia is in the 4th and 7th percentile.
